We truly love our Airstream Classic however Airstreams are not known for comfortable seating. Trade offs happen when a sofa must also serve as a bed.

Our solution is to replace the Airstream sofa bed with a Lambright double recliner sofa. We had one of these in our AS International and they are so comfortable. Power footrests AND power headrests.
