This year’s fall trip is to Desoto state park in Mentone, Alabama. Ranked as the states number one state park it lives up to the designation. The colors are spectacular this year and we all had a terrific time. Well except for the Alabama LSU game. I had to listen to my two LSU buddies hoot and holler as LSU defeated Alabama 45 to 40.

Highlights of this trip are the Tiny home display, and a visit to Cloudland Canyon.

We ended with a stay back at Tannehill State park where the temp got down to 21F. Brrr but the Airstream stayed cozy thanks to our Propane furnace.
